ABOUT:

This hands-on candle-making class teaches participants how to create their own custom candles from start to finish. Designed for beginners and hobbyists alike, the class covers the basics of candle crafting, fragrance blending, decorating, and the importance of candle care. By the end of the session, each participant will have created a fully personalized candle to take home. 

SCHEDULING POLICY:

A deposit is required to secure your spot in the workshop. Deposit amounts vary depending on the class. Sign-ups must be submitted within 24 hours of the start of class. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price. The remainder will be due on the day of. You may reschedule or cancel your class within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop. Deposits are non-refundable should you reschedule or cancel after 24 hours or same day.

Please arrive to class on time as the candle making process is very detailed and your candle will need time to cure before the end of class. A grace period of 10 minutes is added before class starts. If you are to show up after the grace period, the instructor will catch you up. Anyone later than 15 minutes will unfortunately not be able to participate. At that point, deposit will be kept. Please leave yourself plenty of time to find parking and to sign-in prior to class starting. 

Should there be inclement weather, unsafe road conditions, or illness that forces us to cancel class, we will contact each workshop participant to reschedule the workshop for another date.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

All attendees must be 6+ years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian as all attendees must sign a waiver form prior to the start of the workshop. Once signed in, it is up to the guardian if they would like to drop off the minor or accompany them through class (drop off option is only available for teens ages 13-18).

BYOB CLASS EXPERIENCE: 

We offer our participants the option to participate in BYOB (must be 21+ with a valid ID). Upon signing up for a class, you will be asked if you would like to participate. A separate form will be emailed to you if you want to participate. This form goes over our rules and regulations. On the day of, you will be asked to sign the same form, acknowledging you have read and understand our rules and regulations. 

DIFFERENT CLASS TYPES:

If you are looking to schedule a private class/party, these are the options you can choose from when booking:

. make your own 8.5oz candle - $35/person

. make three of your own 2oz candles - $25/person

. make three of your own wax melt bars - $25/person

PRIVATE EVENTS & SPECIAL ORDERS:

We would be honored to host your private event! Please contact us at least one month in advance to secure your date and requested time slot. All private parties are allowed to bring their own food/beverages. Want to decorate the space for a birthday party? No worries! Upon request, you can come in up to an hour early to decorate. Extra tables for food and gifts are provided upon request.

Special orders are always welcome for baby showers, wedding party gifts, etc. Please contact us at least two months in advance to provide us ample time to order the necessary materials, properly test the final product and to complete your order.
